WHY ISN’T A SIM CARD INCLUDED WITH MY PHONE PURCHASE ?
A SIM card is private and contains your private information. Also, we don’t know which carrier’s SIM card you would like - there are dozens of carriers so we don’t know which one to include. You can obtain a SIM card from your cellular carrier.
2. HOW DO I ACTIVATE THE PHONE?
If you just need a SIM card to activate the phone, you can temporarily borrow one from another cell phone and temporarily insert it into the new device to activate it and then take it out. You can use a paperclip to open the SIM card tray.
3. WHY DOESN’T MY UNLOCKED PHONE WORK WITH VERIZON, SPRINT, BOOST OR OTHER CDMA NETWORKS?
Unlocked phones work on GSM networks such as AT&T and T-Mobile. If you are on Sprint or Verizon you will need to purchase a Sprint-specific or Verizon-specific phone instead of an unlocked one.
4. MY UNLOCKED PHONE IS GIVING ME AN ERROR MESSAGE, WHAT DO I DO?
Please email us at with the phone’s IMEI # and we will try to help find a resolution.
5. DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS?
At this time, we do not ship to international locations. Some freight forwarding companies allow you to have a package shipped to a US address and then forwarded to your country. You coordinate international shipping and customs duties with that company.
6. WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE TO SHIP ITEMS?
We ship all orders received by 11am mountain time Monday Friday will ship out the same day. We ship all of our items using USPS Priority Mail. This is free. Items valued at $200 or more will require a signature. A tracking # will be provided to you so that you can follow the item as it is delivered to you.
7. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEM?
