SHIPPING POLICY


WE SHIP ALL ORDERS RECEIVED BY 11AM MOUNTAIN TIME MONDAY-FRIDAY  WILL SHIP OUT THE SAME DAY. 

WE SHIP ALL OF OUR ITEMS USING USPS PRIORITY MAIL. THIS IS FREE. ITEMS VALUED AT $200 OR MORE WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. A TRACKING # WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU SO THAT YOU CAN FOLLOW THE ITEM AS IT IS DELIVERED TO YOU. 


RETURN POLICY


Thank you very much for your purchase. We are sorry that you have experienced an issue with your purchase.  Unfortunately it does happen from time to time that a product needs to be returned for a refund. WE DO NOT PROVIDE EXCHANGES ORE DO REPLACEMENTS. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH AN ITEM, PLEASE RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND. 


We stand behind the quality of all of our refurbished products. Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Sometimes, solutions can be found to the problem you are experiencing by looking at our FAQ.


ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE REFURBISHED AND PRE-OWNED AND HAVE SIGNS OF WEAR. THEY ARE NOT NEW. WE DO NOT SELL NEW ITEMS. ALL ITEMS ARE TESTED USING PHONECHECK PRO BEFORE SHIPMENT.



In order to receive a refund you MUST follow these instructions:



If you have either a Google account, iCloud lock, Samsung lock, passcode or any other personal information you need to completely remove it from the returning device or you will NOT receive a refund/exchange and the device will be sent back to you.



All items MUST be returned in the original condition as it was received with all accessories; if anything is missing from the accessories a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If the item is not defective, the refund is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee AND the cost of the prepaid label that was generated will be deducted from the refund. In addition, any original shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Simply print the label, attach it to a package and securely pack up the item up and it can be picked up by the US Postal Service in your regular mail pickup or you can drop it off at a US Post Office. 



Please ensure that the item is same as the one you received. We match the serial numbers and conduct a careful inspection of the returned item. After the careful inspection, we will refund you to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card processor can take 3-7 business days to return the original payment to your card or account. 


We record the IMEI and serial # of each item sold. The item returned must have the same IMEI & serial  number of the item shipped. in order for us to process refund or exchange. Customers must Disable Find my iPhone/iPads/Mac and remove Apple ID from devices before we can process return.  We can not and will not process Returns that come back with Apple ID still active. In addition, Google/Samsung and other accounts must be removed where applicable; returns will not be processed for items that don't have these accounts removed. Please remove SIM card from any phones you will be returning for your security purposes.  Product damaged/broken by customer can not be returned. No Prepaid return label will be provided unless defective; if item is not defective and we have issued a prepaid label, customer will get charged for prepaid shipping label AND a 15% re-stocking fee when we issue refund. 30 Day Warranty Covers: 1. Full refund for item purchase price (DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES). Doesn't Cover: 1. Accidental damage AND/OR damages or non-functionality that results from accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes. 2. Cosmetic damage or ordinary wear and tear. 3. Any shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. Warranty Voided if: 1. Serial number has been removed or altered AND/OR does not match item shipped. 2. Product is jailbroken. 3. Product is damaged or is not functioning as a result from accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes. 4. Updated software has caused the device to malfunction or perform poorly. 5. Liquid damage is detected 6. APPLE/GOOGLE/SAMSUNG account is not removed completely from device.
